By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products

We offer photographic prints and custom-framed artwork, made to order.

Please note:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences and printing processes

  • Timber grain, frame finish, and materials may vary slightly due to the natural characteristics of materials

  • All sizes listed refer to the print size unless otherwise stated

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (if applicable).
Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if required.

Custom Orders

All framed prints and custom-sized prints are made specifically to your selection.

For this reason:

  • Custom and framed items are final sale

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect selections made at checkout

  • Please ensure all details (size, frame, finish) are correct before ordering

Production Time

As all items are made to order, please allow 8-10 business days for production prior to dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for shipping delays.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Returns & Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selections

  • Custom or made-to-order items

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Hanging & Installation

Customers are responsible for proper installation of framed products.

We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect hanging, wall failure, or improper handling.

Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and content on this website are owned by Airscape Imagery.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
